I purchased my tickets directly form the site because I noticed it was $10 cheaper than what Viator was selling them for. I was scheduled for 10am but the highway that connects suddenly started getting backed up with traffic at 9:27 (I was 18 mins away) because the construction workers are idiots and didn't know how to properly direct traffic. Anyways, I was lucky enough to have a bit of reception on this road and was able to contact the company and they pushed me to the 11am slot. I wasn't sure I was going to make that slot because the traffic literally wasn't moving anywhere, but I made it.
Arrived to the check in desk, no one was there so inhad to step back and stick my head into the other door that was open and say I'm here to check in and no one is here to the ladies standing at that desk. I checked in... make sure you bring your credit card & have some cash ($10) on you if you want to use their locker for storage for your items.
I did ATV's first and that was extremely fun, Oscar was a dope guide (hope he received the $10 tip I left him) I was all in the mud & muddy water for real. But the experience was awesome. The scene was lovely and the waterfall was nice as well. There was a professional photographer there that captured great photos.

The experience with the horse kind of killed the rest of the experience for me. You only ride the horse for about 20/30 mins maybe then you walk to a lovely waterfall and stay there for about 20/30 mins then you head back on the horse. There was a professional photographer present for this one as well. and there was 2 good shots of me forcefully smiling since I knew she was there, the others you could tell I was not happy at all. After this experience, I don't want to ride another horse again. The tour guides were...
Read moreThis adventurous day was highlight of my trip to Costa Rica! Their shuttle service from hotel to establishment wastop notch! Comfortable seating, great music, great conversation, and safe driver. S/O to my boy Eduardo, that's my guy!!
From zip-lining through the mountains, mudding through the rainforest on ATVs, to stopping on the Pacific coast to watch the sunset while floating in the ocean. We even had a delicious lunch awaiting us in between the activities!!
I highly recommend this company to tourists. Not only was the food and activity TOP rated, the customer service was supreme from beginning to end.
Thank you so much for the extraordinary experience!...
Read moreRoger was very kind and patient. Great driving skills! We are in the shuttle as i am writing this lol so i will follow up later. It was a fun day. However, we were not given lunch and the zip line said 11 lines and we only went on 9 and the atv ride was not 2 hours. But to be fair, it was getting late and trying to rain so i understand. All in all, i would recommend and most likely will use them again tomorrow for volcano and hot...
