Thursday afternoon and my wife has made an appointment for our daughter to get a tico passport. The appointment was at 2:00 in afternoon. It is now 4:00 and there is 20 people waiting and only one person handling passports. The point is why are you guys scheduling people and making them wait for hours. If you schedule people at 2:00 then you have to be responsible for being available at 2:00. Not at 4:00 . This is happening to the other 20 people as well. Do something because it’s not ok for people that have after engagements during the work week!!!! Spend some money, hire more people, or maybe move to another better place in Santa Anna…. The office has chairs and air conditioning to accommodate around 10 - 15 people. We submit and signed some forms, they took our pictures. After 6 days we received our electronic DIMEX cards by email.
