😐 A completely disappointing experience.😿

Ordered an egg Benedict with mushrooms and coffee latte with their house made almond milk.

First of all, the latte milk seemed rancid and bitter which made it undrinkable. The egg whites were soggily undercooked. The Hollandaise sauce tasted so strongly to basically be a cup of melted margarine. (Not creamy butter but an overpowering synthetic taste.) The whole meal was not pleasant and was made less so with the service provided. There was a server who originally took our order but after my wife inquired to him if the coffee was normal, he seemed offended and ran off murmuring and gossiping to his coworkers possibly believing that we don’t know Spanish. He ignored us for the rest of the stay and from afar gave us very uncomfortable looks. The space itself is organized very tightly where seating is almost back to back with the neighboring tables.

To be fair, this was an experience with only one of their dishes and the coffee. Nonetheless, my wife had a satiating vegetarian salad which she thoroughly enjoyed. Sharing to encourage...

The clear highlight of this establishment is the genuinely courteous and efficient service; the staff is the best thing this place has going for it. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell flat. ​The atmosphere lacks distinctive decor, and the location is surprisingly difficult to find, detracting from the overall dining experience. ​I ordered the French toast. While technically well-prepared, it was bland and utterly uninspired. The coffee was acceptable, but the entire meal felt significantly overpriced for the quality received. El lugar es super bonito, y esta a la par de un vivevo (para los amantes de las plantas), el servicio del muchacho que atiende es otro nivel, atento en todo momento y muy amable. Como era nuestra primera vez ahí tuvo la paciencia de explicarnos el menú, lo cual se ganó un 101 con eso. Comimos: mi hijo un emparedado tres quesos con un adicional de pollo, mi esposo y yo para empezar una entrada de crema de ayote, de plato fuerte me comí una ensalada al fogón, y mi esposo un panini. Los tres quedamos super llenos, todos los platillo estaban deliciosos, las porciones era grandes. La crema era espectacular y al ser un lugar que prepara comida orgánica (fue el principal motivo que fuimos y es un super plus) los emparedados eran preparados con pan de masa madre y la ensalda parecía que venía directo de la huerta. Mi ensalada tenía ayote al fogón y le daba un sabor extra sencillamente delicioso. Adicional tienen variedad de frescos naturales, y dan la opción de hacerlos con o sin azúcar, y en agua o varias opciones de leche (normal, deslactosada, almendras, etc.) Yo me tome una kambucha y tienen gran variedad de sabores para escoger. La verdad la comida estuvo deliciosa, diferente, sana y lo recomiendo 100% tanto que después de comer nos quedamos ahí para tomar un cafecito y dos postres. Con respecto al precio esta super bien de precio por la calidad de servicio y comida. Pagamos en promedio ₡34mil. Esperamos...
