We got there 20min before our paid and reserved time, and the staff had no idea of our reservation and after some calls said "too windy, we'll call you in a few hours to try again" which seemed a bit weird since they first had no idea we were coming and there really wasn't any wind... We said that we don't have much time since there's other things planned and we're leaving tomorrow but that was fine. Wir wollten Parasailing machen zum Geburtstag meiner Schwester. Um sicher zu gehen, dass es dann auch möglich sein würde, habe ich eine Email geschrieben und gefragt, ob man das auch reservieren kann. Es kam eine schnelle Antwort und mir wurde gesagt, das sei kein Problem. Also reservierte ich für 3 Tage später 11 Uhr. Wir fuhren hin, waren 11 Uhr da und uns wurde gesagt, dass es nicht möglich sei Parasailing zu machen, da das Boot auf einer Bootstour sei. Es wäre frühestens 17 Ihr möglich aber sie wussten nicht genau ob es an dem Tag überhaupt noch gehen würde... Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Sie hatten meine Email Adresse und hätten einfach gleich Bescheid sagen können. Wenn ihr Parasailing machen wollt fahrt lieber an den Strand bei Bol und macht es da.
