Pama-Luko — Hotel in Grad Supetar

For a business that claims ‘it a pleasure to host all our guests in a personal manner’ this was very very far from our experience. We stayed in august , the height of summer with sweltering nighttime temperatures and small children in tow. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. No one got much sleep, we were all sweating through the night - not my idea of a ‘relaxing’ stay as the website claims. When we asked about this we were told to ‘open windows’ and live with it. Worth noting the windows open onto the street not the sea so there is no breeze to speak of and the street is noisy into the early hours. ||There was nothing Patricia could do apparently. We offered to buy a fan for the property which we would then leave there but she would not reimburse us. When we asked again after a sleepless first night we were told to find alternative accommodation which we would have done had there been anything available: ||We ended up sleeping on the floor in the kitchen/living area in the where there is at least faint a/c. ||Patricia was unpleasant to deal with at every interaction which was unnecessary and not appreciated. It's my second stay at Pama Luko Apartments, and once again, they turned out to be the ideal starting point for exploring the island of Brac. Well located, we were only a 5-minute stroll away from beautiful beaches (just beyond our doorstep), and the Supetar port area (with the bus station, ferry, traditional bakeries, and many restaurants) is also within a 10- to 12-minute walking distance.

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortably furnished, and the balconies provide a lovely spot to unwind and have breakfast. You can really feel at home here.

In addition, the owner, Patricia, is extremely welcoming and friendly. Every aspect of our stay was handled with care from the beginning.

So whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, quality time with loved ones, or a retreat where you can feel at home, Pama Luko has you covered. While the 3-star apartments may not necessarily boast opulent luxury, they do offer comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality....

We came to Pama Luko on a family holiday and have nothing but great things to say. The apartment is large, situated on a quiet street and has a great kitchen perfect for breakfast and lunch. There is a small store 50 meters down the road that has everything you may need. Our overall feeling is that Pama Luko was very clean! The apartment is perfectly located between the beach a short walk in one direction and the town, harbor and restaurants a short walk in the other direction. As so many reviews have said Patricia helped make our stay even better. She helped us book cars when we wanted to go wine tasting, told us about great restaurants to visit and when one of our lights did not work she fixed it within the hour.
