An absolutely cracking hotel efficiently managed and very clean, every day my room was turned down and refreshed to such a high standard, every day felt like I had just arrived. Can’t fault the staff, very friendly, very quick responses to requests and excellent advice. A nice set of choices for breakfast and a very good selection of drinks are available. Hot tubs and Jacuzzi, sauna, massage, small but really nice pool, plenty of loungers in the sun and plenty of shade to escape the sun, just a really nice place to relax. The location is great to, a short walk to the beach, shops, plenty of bars and restaurants and the ferry for trips back to the mainland at Split. There’s plenty to do if you want a bit of adventure, from island hopping cruises, boat, scooter, quad’s and car hire, scuba diving, fishing trips, quad bike safari, hikes and I’m sure much more. Or you can just do nothing! Relax, and have a very slow and leisurely break from the rat race, quiet bars where you can talk to each other without having to shout over loud music and football on TVs, great choices of coffee, other drinks and cocktails, served by the most friendly people who are always willing to engage in conversation and ready to give tips on where to go and when. As a solo traveler it was nice that the restaurant staff took away the spare chair from my table which was nice to feel respected with consideration.

Pleasantly situated hotel close to beach and harbour. Disappointingly small pool with only four sun beds . Friendly helpful staff, management not very approachable. We had an excursion with an early pickup. Breakfast starts at 08:00 and we had to be picked up at 08:15 at another location. We asked if we could get breakfast early only (15 mins) this was harshly declined and instead we were given a pack up consisting of a ham and cheese sandwich no butter and two slices of bread an apple and a bottle of water. An inadequate substitute for a missed breakfast. . In general the breakfast was fine but our big mistake was to book half board. The evening meal starts at 20:00 and is a set menu apart from the main meal, where you get three choices. as well as running the bar the barman is also the waiter this caused delays and mistakes and we often sat outside in the dark eating the main course and dessert. There is a lighting problem in the outside bar which they try to redress with table lamps it doesn’t work. There were three couple most nights for dinner and all of us had problems with waiting, being served food that wasn’t ordered and having to sit in the dark to eat with the temperature dropping. The earliest we Finnish eating was 21:20 and the latest was 22:00 so no time to do anything else. This is a lifeless hotel with no ambience. It’s fine if you only book bed and breakfast.

We had a lovely stay in September 2023 at Villa Adratica. Just near the ferry port and the beautiful beaches. Hotel is fully equiped with AC what is a plus. Nice silent garden with a bar, chairs to lounge, swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax. They can serve and mix you all the drinks or small snacks for you with a great smile of the staff. All questions can be shared within a group app what makes is really easy. Also the breakfast is great with a variety of food, vegetables and drinks; we enjoyed it. Everything is within walking distance so you can relax to visit many restaurants. Good idea to rent a car to discover the island. Also a visit to Split is a plus. The enviroment is friendly, safe and easy goiing. Really a plus is that you will find no trash on the streets, everything is very clean. The owner Zlatan was really helpfull to us to bring us back to the ferry port.

My only regret about this place is that I didn't take more pictures. My partner, Ashleigh and I had the pleasure of visiting Croatia for the first time and we adored it but that still didn't manage to take any of the shine away from the level of service that we received in Villa Adriatica and they still managed to stand out. ||The rooms were spotless, the facilities were great, the breakfast had plenty of options and "above and beyond" is the key term that I'd use to describe the staff. ||Zlatan, Paola and their team made us feel welcome right away, offering us some Croatian home produce and explaining pretty much everything that there was to know about being a tourist in the local area. They helped us to make reservations, picked out the best restaurants and companies to tour with (without bias I might add) and made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. They got back to us quickly about everything and their knowledge was invaluable. Not to mention they all speak excellent English which was very helpful considering our Croatian skills are not so great!||The location of the accomodation is fantastic - it's about 100 yard walk to the beach, a slightly longer walk to the center and the ferry to Split is the easiest thing ever to catch so we felt like we had the option of Brac (a nice balance of gentle day/nightlife and beach relaxation) and Split (a much busier and more dynamic environment) at the drop of a hat. Tours run from Brac as well so you don't even need to hop to Split in order to indulge in further adventures. ||Any time we missed breakfast (due to tours or travel) - the hotel team made us a little packed lunch so that we didn't miss out on breakfast value.||My only friendly warning is that Croatia likes cash and there is a tourist tax that is added on at the end of your stay. This isn't something that the hotel imposes. It's a government thing which not everybody knows about so leave some aside for that.||We couldn't be happier with our choice and we'll definitely return in the future. Croatia is a wonderful place full of wonderful people and we have zero regrets about our choice of...

We have just returned from our holiday on the beautiful island of Brac staying at the Beautiful Hotel Villa Adriatica. What a little gem we found!! We were there for 11 nights and had the most wonderful time. Zlatan and his team made us feel so welcome and comfortable in this small Adult only hotel. It has the most peaceful zen about it and nothing is to much trouble. Our room was not huge but perfectly big enough for us We were on the 3rd floor and over looked the lovely court yard breakfast garden. Our room was immaculate and kept that way by the lovely cleaner daily. New towels every day and sheets changed at least 3 times during our stay. Air conditioning was perfect and could be on whenever you wished,no charging card etc. A lovely breakfast room with plenty of choice for your brekie. Eggs, meats, cheeses, bacon, fruit pastries toast, fresh juice teas and coffees. The hotel is perfect to walk to the harbour with plenty of restaurants, bars, and the ferry port and bus service. Also easy walking to many beaches. The pool area is small but lovely with a jacuzzi next to it and sunbeds in the shade. The lovely garden has sun beds and tables and chairs. My only little negative would be more sun beds would be nice with less tables and chairs as the outside bar and snack area since covid is no longer used. They use a what's app service to bring drinks. We used this a few times, but personally I felt uncomfortable ordering this way and the girls bringing our drinks to us whilst sitting in the garden. A supermarket is a few doors away we tended to get our own,and either drink it in the garden or on our balcony. To be honest the amount of time we were by the pool this wasn't a problem we were at the beach most days. I feel this is an honest review and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thnk you again Zlatan and team for our lovely stay with you and wonderful memories we will be returning. David &Heather...
