Positive comments: the crepe was amazing, cheap in comparison to the rest of cyprus. Delicious!

Negative comments: while the crepe was amazing that’s not enough. In relation to hygiene i rank this restaurant with a 0. First of all, he was touching the crepes and the ingredients with no gloves on. It’s disgusting to see the person making the crepe for you touching his phone, then his chair and then use just a little bit of antiseptic (some of the time) before he starts cooking. Furthermore, we asked to pay by card and he got kinda mad about it and called us “ψευτοαριστοκρατες κυπρεους» in a conversation with another customer, while we were standing right in front of them. I guess that has to do with the fact that he wants to avoid paying taxes, so he prefers cash. Not to mention that he wasn’t even wearing a mask during covid when cooking! Great crepes, but owner upsold us to a more expensive crepe knowing that we weren’t aware. When after paying I mentioned that it would have been nice of him to tell us, he got defensive and started ranting about how expensive everything is in my home country (Germany). Not the point at all I thought, he was being sneaky and that is all. Started as a great experience and ended being an upsetting one....

The crepes are great and there's tons of fillings but 1. the cook isn't wearing any gloves and 2. he seems to have a problem with credit cards and charges you more when you pay with one (i used a local card and my total was 3 euros but i was charged 0.50 extra for my payment method). he said something about them being anti-christian and some weird conspiracy theory which was...
