Cosy little restaurant with good food. I would advice men to order a little side dish, as the amount of food could have been a little more (but all in all good cause you never know exactly how hungry people are).

Prices are reasonable and even though we were a group of 10+ people, our food arrived reasonably soon after our order, so thumbs up here.

Staff was nice, had good recomendations and explained the food well. English language was a bit difficult, but we were able to manage.

Staff was flexible enough that we could pay with euros with a reasonable exchange rate.

It is safe to say that we will return and eat there again, next time we will be around.

Update one year later

Again a nice visit. This time with a group of 14 people, communication was better than last time. Restaurant was filled, so the waiting time was longer than last time but the food was worth the wait. Portions were reasonable and additional side dishes were good in size and price. Trouble was that I got only 1 scoop of garlic butter, that I had to pay for, but the guest next to me got 5 with his dish no payment. Pepper gravy was was great and I definitely recomend to try it. Nicely spiced, soft on the tongue with lasting taste, top notch.

Visited with about 10 friends to try local steaks that everybody talks about.

The restaurant is hidden in the middle of an old panel housing area and does look like like some classic drinking pub from the outside. However, the opposite is true - it's large enough even for bigger groups or families, interiors and bar styled in heavy rustic decór.

The service is super friendly, fast, always smiling and very good at recommending what to order. The food is simply great, especially the steaks we came for and other Czech specialties.

Keep in mind that the steaks are priced more aggressively, but I promise it's worth all the money spent. We even returned the next...

The food is good and tasty. It's like the time stopped here. It looks and feels like 10 years ago. At that time it was one of the best places in town. Nothing has changed since, but there are new pubs and restaurants in town since. Could benefit from a makeover and some changes to the menu, food styling, etc. Good value for...
