Great experience! I had really fun trying hoovering in the wind tunnel. I actually don't understand how those trainers do their tricks, because 3 times 2 minutes-long entrance was not enough for me to find the balance and stay more or less at one place, or at least have a feeling that I know what I am actually doing. Check-in is very smooth. After entering the required information, you wait for your reserved time (that I totally recommend to do in advance). You can have a coffee and watch other people struggling. You and other mates that have the some reserved time meet at a meeting point where a trainer picks people up. Me and my boyfriend were in a group that was lead by very nice girl. First, she gave us suits for the tunnel that we changed to, then she gave us some instructions how to enter and leave the tunnel, how to maintain the balance, etc. Each entrance past very fast so I recommend to go for multiple entrance, I would say at least 2. I had 3 entrances and at the end of the last one, I started to really feel mu muscles. It's not so easy for someone not that physically trained. After the visitors change back to their civil clothes, they have an option to buy pictures and videos from their entrances. As there was no one to take pictures of me when I was in the tunnel, I went for this option. I think this is...
Read moreThe free fall tunel is a great experience! It is quite costly fun, but I enjoyed it. Instructions are quite clear from entrance, girls on reception explained everything nicely. I like the option to go and watch other flyers before your round. With our experience package we have received also vouchers for coffee which is nice when you are waiting for your turn. It is a bit limiting, that it is only for espresso, but still nice. The restaurant gives a bit strange vibe and I would probably not try ordering food there, but it might be connected to the expectation of thrilling adventure in the tunel. Otherwise the foods looks and smells well. We had a cake which was ok, nothing wow, but not bad. The experince of free fall was great, the trainer comunicated very well, explained everything, was even a bit funny and everything went smooth. You can leave your stuff in locker room, which is convenient as you can nlt have any personal belongings with you for the flight. They videoshoot you during the flight and take pictures which you can buy at the end. I liked the experinece and the extra service, I did not appretiated much the extra charges, but it is quite usual everywhere. To summarize ......
Read moreInstructors are very helpful here. They know their job. At the first lesson you would learn some hand signals and some actions in the air. Such as going up/down , how to feel the air. And just to try what actually diving in the air is. But you would be happy with it. In addition you can get some photos/videos for extra cost, or just ask someone who would come with you to record you on the phone) when I were there, even your boy (10-14yeara old) had some attempts. You decently can feel yourself safety here!
When you would come here, you would get a ticket to the restaurant above for cup of coffee for free.
I have liked my experience with Hurricane Factory and I definitely would recommend to try it and come over again.
In addition, i would say that skydiving in the tunel and skydiving from air plane. It is completely different things, one of the main difference that you are more safety in the tunel, in the tunel is more warmer, you don't feel your stress while getting sky levels. So, skydiving in the tube is very practical to introduce the air and get balance with the air.
When you would come over here, my recommendation is to make an online reservation...
