What a joke this branch is. Lines stretching all over the place even thought it is happening every single day. What about learning from that mistake, hmm? What about hiring an extra personnel? What about opening another cash desk? The salads are big overpriced nothing and the fresh juices and smoothins are repeatedly below the 0,5l mark. But what really struck me down the other day was the fact, not being served at all. They claim that they are open till 21:30 but if you stop by at 20:50 and you order a smoothie or a fresh, you wont get it. And the explanation to the customer? Read moreI had to wait 25 minutes for my food. After 20 minutes, no food so went and asked (my drink and my girlfriend’s food were delivered to the table so the order had gone through). No apology, no explanation from the two staff members, just blank confusion and no idea about the order. I do speak enough Czech to understand that there was no apology or explanation.
Finally I received the bean and chili soup (no evidence of chili in it at all) and a hastily prepared and under heated chicken quesadilla that I had ordered. Very disappointing experience and underwhelming food. The robot delivering some of the orders seemed far more aware of its work...
