Zavalianis Sweet — Local services in Prague

The most decadent sweet delicious pastries I have ever had. Truly every bite is mouth watering and the variety leaves you lamenting for more. And whats more cherishing is we were leaving Praha that noon and we stopped by for coffee and a pastry and were short on money because we miscalculated when we exchanged our currency the day before. And the kind owner gave us a cake free seeing we had run short on local currency. Without us even telling her about it. Never have we ever seen such hospitality before. We were so touched and something we would remember all our lives....

We live in the neighbourhood, so we have been used to from time to time to make a visit. The coffee is nothing special, but the cakes are fortunately not the typical Czech quality cakes. The place is nice, but recently we had few times quite bad experience. The staff was not respecting the basic measures in pandemic such as usage of mask or respirator. And very last time we come, we only remained standing by. There was a Greek standing directly in front of the Caffè and smoking. We waited few minutes, but has not stopped or move away , so it discouraged us...

The best local cofee/bakery you could ask for . It could use more tables outside but other then that it’s amazing anything I have ordered has tasted amazing the service is fantastic . And If you need non lactose . It’s not a problem . The cofee taste great . And the prices are also good it’s a small place good for any part of the day even if your just walking past or if you make it a trip . But make sure they have enough room to sit in...
