We booked the cleopatra plus massage. The transfer from our hotel to the spa was a bit messy, since we didn’t know that many people were being picked up from different hotels and put into the same bus as us and especially when there’s still COVID, collecting all these different people doesn’t seem very wise to me. When we talked to the staff about it they were very nice and understanding and made sure to order a different ride for us with less people. The service in general was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Ahmed, one of the workers there, gave us nice cocktails when we were in the jacuzzi. About the treatment: we started off by sitting in the jacuzzi for about 10-15 minutes and then Farida and Khadiga, two very charming ladies, took us to a private room where we had the coconut peeling, chocolate mask and the foam treatment. Their technique was astonishing and it was very clear to me that it took years of training to get this great. At last, we were taken into another private room where we had the 50 minute massage and I felt great afterwards. They used a massaging oil that makes the skin incredibly soft and smooth, it lasts for days after the treatment. Summing up, I can recommend the Rivoli Spa. All of the workers are polite and only have the best in mind for you. Just ask and they will solve anything you’re not...
Read moreMy recent stay at Rivoli Suites Hotel in Hurghada left me with a generally positive impression. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the rooms that pleasantly surprised me, including a stove, pans, plates, kettle, cups, a washing machine, and a spacious refrigerator. My room, featuring a large living area and a bedroom with two beds, added to the comfort of the stay.
Although the hotel is a bit distant from the city, its proximity to Alkawther City, the airport, and downtown makes it a convenient choice for various preferences. The majority of the staff members, especially those at the restaurant and in housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. However, some reception staff members lacked a welcoming demeanor.
The laundry at the hotel is not that good. But one can use it if it's necessary.
The breakfast, while lacking a bit in variety, offered delicious hot French fries and omelettes. The on-site restaurant's food was of high quality, enhancing the overall dining experience. One notable aspect is the hotel's affordability, providing excellent value for the money paid.
A large pool on the premises allows guests to enjoy swimming throughout the day. Overall, Rivoli Suites Hotel in Hurghada is a recommendable choice for those seeking a comfortable stay with a good range of amenities at a...
Read moreI booked a two night stay at Rivoli suites whilst in Hurghada. The main reason for this was to use their luxurious spa, and staying here meant we could maximise our relaxation time. After booking a taxi transfer from the airport, we arrived at Rivoli Suites after 6 pm. I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment on a bed and breakfast basis. The apartment was super spacious with a lovely bathroom and had a pool view. Breakfast was served between 7am-11am and was basically a continental buffet breakfast with an egg chef on hand. The food was well presented and fresh, and the staff were on hand to serve hot drinks. After breakfast we wandered over to the on site spa and booked the Hatchepsut spa package which comprised of a Turkish Hammam, Cleopatra Hammam and a 45 minute full body massage as well as use of the sauna, steam and jacuzzi prior to the treatments. The room was modern and very clean and came equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, flatscreen TV, and queen-size beds. The staff are helpful and polite, and Rivoli is ideally located ten minutes from the airport and there's a Bestway supermarket around the corner The spa staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the treatments are always first class. The spa is also very clean and hardly...
