This restaurant exceeds expectations. Food/service and atmosphere it just hits all. We started the experience with some wings that are just divine, grilled to perfection and marinated well. We thoroughly enjoyed their off the bone ribs paired with the smash burgers, it tasted fresh and seasoned well. It literally melts in your mouth and tenderised to come off the bone. It comes with a mouthwatering meat sauce. Sides are paired well for the mains. Big props to the chef he really does know how to throw it down. The desserts are also on another level, we ordered their mini pancakes and melted cakes which completed it all. Me and my husband have been to many restaurants and the customer service has been so welcoming. Pretending being fine dining but I really can’t understand those high reviews. We picked the tomahawk, the server insisted we needed to try the one with “gold” as it was a completely different experience and insisted on us on this 3 times the cost of the normal one… please, really? We picked the normal one, the meat was “ok” but had a strange sweet flavor, fries were the frozen ones… Wannabe fancy/posh but really is a bit away from this unlucky since the place is pretty nice.

The other surprise was when paying, it was the equivalent of 35$ in EGP but they told me I had to pay 45$ if it was in dollars (!!!) 10$ of commissions on 35$ is just CRAZY. —— Edit: for the same price I have eaten a better meat and fresh fries at Gaucho. Had a really nice time at London Restaurant & Lounge in Hurghada last night. The oud music was playing softly, and the lights were dim and cozy—perfect for chilling out. The staff were super friendly, didn’t rush us at all, and just made it a comfy vibe.

I tried the shisha with the iced pipe thing, and it was so smooth, probably the best I’ve had around here lately. Got a mixed herbs tea too, and oh man, it was amazing—honestly couldn’t get enough of it. Prices weren’t bad either, felt fair for what we got.

What I liked too was that it wasn’t loud with match noise like some places—just quiet enough to talk and relax. Even the bathroom was clean, and they had decent toilet paper, which isn’t always a given.
