Terrible Experience - Not Recommended

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.

Firstly, when we arrived, we were seated, but no one came to greet us or provide us with a menu for a full 15 minutes. We had to ask someone to come over, which is unacceptable.

Secondly, my friend and I ordered a shisha, but it was of poor quality. The atmosphere was hot, so we asked the staff to add ice cubes to the shisha to improve it. Shockingly, they told us they didn’t have any ice and responded in a rude manner.

Thirdly, I ordered a Bolognese pasta for myself and grilled meat (medium-rare) for my friend. It took over 45 minutes for our food to be served, which is far too long. When the food finally arrived, I was surprised to see that my Bolognese wasn't spaghetti but penne pasta instead. When I asked the staff about it, they responded rudely, saying they didn't have spaghetti.

Visited restaurant today with my friend. Food not served well. We are ordered pizza,waited for order 45 min, very bad tasty, no ketchup in bottles, only in sticks, like any cheap burger's cafe. This restaurant positioned as restaurant, but in general place like on the street. Plus i want to add information towards milkshakes, completely horrible,thick, fake with cheap chocolate and not looking like the photo on the menu.
