I had very bad shopping experience at Oikko 😖 When I was going to pay by card, the cashier (a middle age woman) mispressed the paying option to ”cash”. A simple mistake, which could be corrected by cancelling and make a new one. But NO, she instead bluntly requested me to go outside to the shopping center near there and withdraw cash to pay for her mistake. Wow! I asked again peacefully that I don’t have cash, I have phone and card to pay. And she still strongly believed that it’s better that a customer had to walk 300m,withdraw cash and come back to pay for her, rather than her pressing a few buttons correcting her own mistake from the beginning. ”No, thanks!” I walked out...

If you in mind shopping here then should think twice cause staff is rude, low quality products, and ALWAYS check carefully your bill cause staff will charge you MORE. NEVER pay by cash. Price on tag is lower than price on checkout machine 🤪 Many friends of mine also have same bad shopping experiences!
