THE WORST BUFFET RESTAURANT I'VE ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!!

Situated on the third floor of Sello Shopping Mall, this buffet eatery offers two pricing options: one for both sushi and other hot dishes, and another exclusively for sushi.

Despite visiting this place thrice, each time left me feeling that the price I paid didn't align with the food's quality. The sushi often had undercooked rice, some dishes seemed dry and tough, likely from prolonged display times. I even encountered a piece of sushi with a hair on it once!!! @@ The hot food section frequently ran out of items and appeared messy. Additionally, the taste of the hot dishes was peculiar and unappealing. The noodle/pho station consistently appeared disorganized with scattered food. The staff significantly contributed to my dissatisfaction. Their service was notably poor, displaying indifference and a keenness for customers to pay quickly and leave. They were slow in clearing tables and replenishing the buffet.

After foolishly visiting this restaurant three times post-shopping, I've sworn off ever returning. I believe it's a highly justified decision on my part. Frankly, I wouldn't wish this experience...

A very confusing experience. Let me break it down in the good, the bad, and the ugly. THE GOOD: You can eat as much as you want here for 17 euros. Considering the price, the food is alright (the chicken beef prawn chilli sauce, the beef bamboo and onions and and posua makea chilikastikkel stood out, next to the hot pot stand). Perfect place to take pictures of good-looking sushi for #TheGram THE BAD: Objectively speaking, the food isn't that great. The staff doesn't talk to you, and it is self-service. What did you expect for that price, right? THE UGLY: This place provides a microwave, and you will need it. Take care when standing too close to the hotpot food stand as it will charge you with static electricity (got shocked twice!). The sushi isn't great, but what makes it poor is that this place IS SO CHEAP THAT THEY DILLUTE THEIR SOY SAUCE WITH WATER. 😳 What the actual... I can't even.

Still 3 stars because you can eat a lot for 17 euros and should know that the quality can't be that great if you can't even cook it yourself for...

This place needs a re-freshening and fast. Benches are tored up and taped down as they break down. This place has gone down from it´s glory and adding prices will not help to get back on the feet. Food needs to be better and prices lower so I could forget these holes and tapes in seats next to me. What happened to 12 euros per person in buffet everyone became sloppy and lazy and greedy. Through the years all went too easy and now all that work is stuffed to price instead of thinking and being creative how to keep good food and low price so this place would be packed again. Food is so and so, weekend buffet price as I saw held only a fraction of people who literally just chewed in and shoot off as they finished their food. Service like conveyor and always...
