We had a great experience here and thought it was great value for the price. The sauna was very well run and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a lot of fun doing the sauna and cold plunge. It was very safe as the staff make sure you are not staying in too long in the water although you'll want to get out pretty fast anyway since it is very cold! They also have a f&b truck where you cold buy drinks, reindeer sausage, marshmallows and more and go to the Kota to cook your food, eat and drink. This was an unforgettable experience! Although I have sauna and ice swimming experiences where I live, I had never done it before. We did the ice dunk first, followed by the sauna, and did this three separate times. Highly recommend; felt amazing afterwards and each ice dunk got easier! When we were finished with our experience, we enjoyed reindeer goulash, and Finnish glogi in their lounge space. Great value and phenomenal experience! Make sure to bring your own swimsuit and towel.
