Castorama — Local services in Grenoble

I am writing this review to protect the rights of other clients and maybe the director of this store will see this and take care more about their customers' satisfaction.

We had chosen an article with a price of 19.90€, after waiting 10 minutes in the queue to pay, they told us that the price is 45€! I explained that the price label (etiquette) on top of this article shows 19.90€ but now you are asking for more than double it, they simply answered that the etiquette wasn't correct and they will change it! What a great customer care! When you put a price for an article,  your clients make a decision to buy it or not based on the price, so it's against the rights of clients to change it and simply say that it...
