Spent 9 months in this residance, lots of positives and negatives.

The site itself looks really good from the outside and has a few nice activities, it is also located in a little green ish area on the inside which is always a plus. As for the inside, the room i had which was for two people had plenty of space to live comfortably, but had some issues too. The furniture is really old, the walls look aweful as well as the floor, which gets dirty very fast. I heard some complaints concerning bed bugs from other residances but i got lucky and had a clean place. The bathroom is good enough, the shower had plenty of room and worked well. The heater fell off the wall by itself due to old age, the sound isolation is very poor ( can hear neighbors and outside street) . Summer is hell as the place gets even hotter then outside ( had to buy a fan). Furthermore, speaking of sound isolation, if you enjoy socialising the place might be nice depending on the neighbours, who threw parties quite often and were fun. But can also be aweful, you can hear them walk as if rhey were in your room, and whenever someone uses water near your place, the water meter in your room activates and makes loud clicking noises which is annoying especially at night. The wifi is okay, but has lag spikes, had to get 4g to have a stable connection. As a whole despite all the negatives i still had a positive experience, the place is very cheap compared to others, and offers good enough space and amenities to be comfortable. As a little plus you might meet nice new people as new residants are very common. The biggest negative for me has to be the administration, i reached the end of my contract and asked to renew it to stay an extra year, i was told “ okay all good just fill this and you can stay” and, on the day of the end of my old contract, i go to renew the new one. “ no this doesnt work, you need confirmation, you need to leave, now ! ( angry) which enssued a panick attack and me writing this review before i go god knows where. Never listen if they dont have a document to prove it, this applies to all of france

If you smoke, hit the fire alarm a bunch of time if you are too lazy to put paper on it, doesnt happen often, but a few bonks...

Pour le positif il y a différentes activités plutôt sympathiques, la résidence est assez bien située et les personnes de l'accueil ont vraiment le soucis de nous aider (même si rien n'a jamais pu être fait dans notre cas, explications après).

Pour le négatif, punaises de lit dès notre arrivée, chambre insalubre (nous avons du passer la serpillière 3 fois avant que le sol soit propre, il y avait également des poils et cheveux de l'ancien locataire). Traitements pour les punaises de lit inefficaces, l'agent du CROUS s'occupant des traitements était d'ailleurs méprisant et détestable. Changement de chambre, nouveaux problèmes, les bruits de pas des voisins du dessus font trembler tout notre appartement (l'eau des verres tremble par exemple) et font un bruit sourd très puissant. Compteur d'eau d'époque qui fait un bruit très fort (tac tac tac tac) lorsque les voisins de notre rangée s'en servent, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit on doit supporter et encaisser (on est allés voir l'accueil et nos voisins du dessus plusieurs fois). La résidence est très mal isolée (du son et de la température mais je parle du son ici), dans le couloir on peut entendre les gens parler comme si on était dans leur pièce. Aucune intimité.

Ces différents bruits nous empêchent de dormir depuis des mois, nous n'avons pas d'autres solutions que d'utiliser des bouchons d'oreilles toutes les nuits. Je n'ai jamais été aussi fatiguée, ma scolarité et ma santé (physique et mentale) sont...

je met une étoile car je peux pas mettre moins. une résidence à fuir, des logements anciens, problèmes de punaises de lit, loin de la fac où j’y suis et l’élément qui me fait détester cette résidence c’est le personnel. A part quelques personnes gentilles qu’on compte sur les doigts d’une main, le reste est méchant, pas du tout à l’écoute, te parle méchamment et n’essaye même pas de comprendre tes problèmes d’autant plus qu’on est étudiants et c’est pas tjrs facile. et la plupart du temps l’étudiant a raison mais l’administration est si mal faite que rien ne va dans cette résidence....
