Do NOT, under any circumstances, bring your console here for repairs. I brought my Xbox Series X here for repairs on December 14th. I was told over the phone that this would take three or four days.

An interesting thing to note: They don't actually do repairs at this shop. As a matter of fact, when you go to drop off your console for repair, you're told to drop it off at Hariphone, the phone shop next door.

If THAT doesn't seem shady enough... then they don't do repairs there either. Your, possibly very expensive piece of electronics gets sent to an unnamed location to a "technician" who's supposed to do the actual repair.

Like I said, I was told the repair would take 3-4 days over the phone. Once there, I was told they'd do a "diagnostic" first to determine what was causing my power issue.

Instead... My console just sat on the floor for a week. I was frequently told "We'll call you this afternoon..." or "We'll call you in the morning."

This never, ever happened. I always had to call them. And their website doesn't work and sometimes they don't even answer the phone.

I was finally told they'd identified the problem and my console would be ready in two weeks. Not only was it NOT ready, but I never saw my console again.

This bears repeating: I NEVER SAW IT AGAIN.

Turns out they didn't actually diagnose the problem. They just ordered a new power supply and hoped for the best.

Eventually, after over one month they offered to sell me a used console, to replace the console that I never saw again... for the exact same price it would've cost me to just send my Xbox to Microsoft in the first place.

I accepted... because, at that point, I just wanted it to be over. But I was fully prepared to just call THE POLICE if we weren't able to come to some sort of agreement.

I don't want anyone else to have to go through that. As far as I'm aware... there is no reliable place to take your console for repair in this town.

Send it to the manufacturer, buy a new one, or start doing Yoga instead.

But DON'T put yourself through what I went through. Don't go anywhere near this place. (Pictured: Both Super Game and Hariphone next door. They didn't actually open that morning though they said they'd be open and I told them I was coming the night before. I waited...

Very smooth experience! I wanted to buy an Xbox series X. The price was within market, the staff was very passionate about gaming. They kindly kept the Xbox for me to come and collect it.

I am so happy with my console! It is like being 12 years old all over again!

Etant un admirateur des magasins de jeux vidéos indépendants (puisque de nos jours cela est rare et très difficile de subsister). Je me suis laissé tenter sous les conseils d'un ami (que je ne remercie pas d'ailleurs) d'essayer ce magasin. Les problèmes sont nombreux comme lorsqu'il est écrit qu'il est "ouvert de 10h à 19h" et que l'on y va un jour de semaine pour le retrouver fermé à 11h, 15h, 17h sans qu'aucune raison ne soit donner au client, le fait d'appeler et de constamment tomber sur la messagerie, les produits d'occasions exécrable et vraiment pas du tout vérifié avant d'être vendu au client plein pot ! le comportement désinvolte du responsable qu'il a l'air de vraiment de n'en avoir rien à faire de vous vendre de la m** (il faut le dire).
