The owner (?) is extremely rude. She doesn't speak English which is fine because we are in France but unfortunately our french wasn't great but we were trying to communicate with her that my husband was just looking and he found a hat he liked but when I told her via Google translate he needed a moment to think about it she scoffed and got so angry and slammed the tag down on the table that she for some reason took off the hat. She was trying to pressure him from the start and get him to buy it. He was highly considering coming back to get the hat but it was an expensive hat so he needed some time to think about it. We were going to get lunch and think about it. Needless to say, we did not go back to get the hat simply because she was a complete jerk. Literally the rudest customer service interaction we have ever had.
To all the people who have put 5 star reviews: most of, if not all of you have bought a hat. She was sweet as pie to us until she realized we didn't want to be pressured into buying a hat immediately and she flipped out. If you buy a hat, obviously she's going to be super lovely to you. I was literally in shock she flipped like that, as a Canadian we don't treat customers like that.
Update: we ended up getting a Panama hat at UP HEADWEAR in Barcelona. Nicest owner ever and he had way better prices than this place. So if you're going to Barcelona, go to...

C’est une serveuse « sans cœur » et « snob » et « Hypocrite ». Si tu n’es pas contente, t’as pas besoin de pousser une personne âgée et une fille de 5 ans dehors et tu n’as pas besoin de dire les gros mots. Conclusion : un magasin déconseillé 100%. However, when we asked whether tax refund was available, the owner assured us it was, and gave us a handwritten receipt upon payment. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the airport, we found that such a receipt was not valid for a tax refund.
