I attended Chatou for the second time and it’s quite an event. Beautiful, rare finds everywhere. Buying these incredible pieces means buying French, or often Italian or Dutch history. Louis XVI, Napoleon III, or even Mid-Century Modern can all be found here. I have accumulated incredible art for clients here as well. We visited on a Friday afternoon, expecting it to be quieter, but there was no parking space available. I had to park in the city and walk through the rain to reach the venue. I advise you to come by public transport because the parking is difficult to find a space.the entrance is 10€ but considering the choice, it is worth it.
