No "Art of Customer Service" here. Terrible to no customer service at all; until I gave them a 1 star review.
My original poor review of this company was to their Delaware Headquarters, not realizing Boxette Georgia is a "sub-group" of Boxette Logistics (U.S.) I have removed the 1 star from Boxette Logistics US. So, now I am giving the 1 star to Boxette Georgia, the company actually "in charge".
Terrible to no customer service from Boxette Georgia for me in the US, sending 7 lb., $185 declared gift package on 2/17/25 to my husband in Tbilisi via Boxette "Delaware facility". Boxette Georgia was also unresponsive and not helpful to my husband in Tbilisi trying to get the Invoice with declared items taken care of for Customs Tbilisi. He sent the Invoice as requested by Boxette Georgia multiple times with each item listed and their USD Value declared on the Invoice....no response from Boxette Georgia ...was the Invoice received? was it correct, or acceptable?? Boxette Georgia just continued to send emails requesting an Invoice but no explanation as to their repeated requests, what the issue was, no attempts to speak with my husband, nothing. After much delay and no explanation from Boxette Georgia, my husband finally called them only to find out that he had "two days to pay 120 GEL" to get the package out of Customs "Yellow Category". He was told if he would pay, he'd have the package the next day which he did, 3/17/25, a month later.
We had fully expected to pay a Customs fee which is why I had declared each item and its USD value as my husband had done on the Invoice. But for Boxette Georgia to just keep requesting the Invoice without explaining and dragging their feet on the processing is unacceptable and NOT customer service.
As such, I (errantly) gave Boxette Logistics U.S. a 1 star rating. Oh, that finally got a response!! Boxette US must have contacted Boxette Georgia and Boxette Georgia PHONED my husband in Tbilisi to complain saying it wasn't their fault, they have no control over Customs, "It's not our fault and why should our name be spoiled." and went on to say that I should change or delete my 1 star rating.
Well Boxette Georgia, in my opinion, the delays, hassle, wasted time, worry and frustration to me and my husband could have been avoided had you been responsive and truly customer...
Read moreI have been working with Boxette since June 2020, and I want to express my gratitude for their excellent service. I particularly appreciate their responsiveness and attention to detail. The delivery service consistently demonstrates high speed in processing orders and a willingness to address any minor issues that may arise. I ship my products worldwide, and throughout our collaboration, the level of service has been outstanding.
However, there is one area where I believe there could be improvement. It would be fantastic if Boxette could consider reducing the minimum charging weight to 0.1 grams. This would allow for lower shipping costs for lightweight and small-sized shipments and would make us more competitive on the international stage.
