Best Builder — Hotel in Tbilisi

My friend and I stayed here for a week waiting for a package and had a nice stay. It's clean and has good facilities .i.e. kitchen and washing machines available. It's good value for money, comfortable and the cleaning lady is very friendly. As long as you're expecting a clean and basic stay then you'll not be disappointed. It's ticks the boxes.

Only negatives are that we were consistently asked to pay in cash when card was and should be available as it was when we first arrived. And the owner was...

The housekeeper cleans every day, it always smells nice and everything is in its place. The shared kitchen has sufficient cooking equipment and overall it is convenient to prepare food. Enttäuschend auf ganzer Linie – Finger weg!

Schlafkomfort? Fehlanzeige. Die Matratze war eine Zumutung: Federn drückten durch, Schlaf unmöglich. Das Zimmer winzig, die Wände aus Pappmaché – jedes Gespräch, jedes Handyklingeln der Nachbarn war zu hören. Absolute Ruhe? Nicht hier.

Der „Safe“ war ein simples Schränkchen, für das man sein eigenes Schloss mitbringen soll.

Falsche Versprechungen: Garten, Zimmerservice, Geldwechsel – alles nicht existent. Das eigene Bad? Geteilt mit neun Zimmern (zwei Mini-Bäder für alle!). Und dann die Frechheit: Trotz einer PN Anfrage per WhatsApp, gab es kein WLAN-Passwort, nur die Aufforderung, GEL in bar zu zahlen – obwohl Euros mitgebracht wurden. Extra zur Bank rennen müssen ist in 2025 einfach inakzeptabel.

Mein Fazit: Billigste Ausstattung (Spanplatten statt Wände), dreiste Lügen und null Service. Nie wieder!
