The service at this establishment was utterly deplorable. The waitstaff displayed a blatant lack of care or attention, with one waitress even resorting to haphazardly tossing food onto the table without the slightest consideration for presentation. The staff members were preoccupied with their own devices, neglecting their duties to provide hospitality and cater to the needs of the customers. It appeared as though the owner was absent or indifferent to the deteriorating standard of service.
The culinary offerings were equally dismal. The rice was undercooked and devoid of flavor, the broccoli lacked the customary garlic infusion that characterizes Chinese cuisine, and the mashed potatoes were disappointingly bland. Following the meal, my husband experienced severe gastric distress, leading to an episode of vomiting upon returning home. The tofu dish, renowned for its delicate texture and taste in authentic Chinese cuisine, was shockingly unpalatable and excessively firm.
Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the waitress and inquiring about the presence of a manager, I was met with a disconcerting response. The waitress informed me that the manager was unavailable and offered no avenue for providing feedback. Despite detailing the inadequacies of the meal and requesting assistance, she callously rebuffed my plea for remedial action, refusing even to address the issue of the undercooked rice.
In summation, my visit to this Chinese restaurant was an unequivocal disaster. The exorbitant prices, including the exorbitant cost of a small bottle of water, further compounded the sense of disillusionment. I caution against patronizing this establishment, as it represents a flagrant waste of financial resources and an affront to discerning palates. in all horrible experience ridiculous food.

Read moreFirst time there with some friends and this place is horrible in every way.
The waitress did not pay any attention and treated us poorly, even throwing the food on the table (yes) not caring where she put the plate or anything. No waiter paid attention even once unless we went up to them to ask for something.
The food was horrific. The rice was tasteless. The bamboo chicken soup we could not even eat and it did not match the menu photo at all and was bland as hell. It tasted like boiled chicken with no seasoning. You can compare the pics for clarity too. The chicken Gulao was literally nuggets in ketchup 😂 for the ridiculous price of 35. For nuggets in ketchup.
I am adding the pics so you know what to expect.
I have been to better Chinese restaurants in Tbilisi (Kitayka, New Asia) for the same price and much better food and experience and I will stick to them.
Not recommended.
P.S. The fish tank with dying fish is a terrible way to decorate a restaurant. At least change the water and clean the freaking air dispenser. I've had fish. Those were struggling.
P.S. Tea was good. But it need a second cup as well if you're doing it the full Chinese version and not...
Read moreI ate four dishes on two occasions in June 2021: Three of the four dishes were truly horrible. I never ate anything so revoltingly sweet in my entire life The half cooked aubergine was literally swimming in an industrial sickly sugary strawberry jam. The tofu itself was OK but the sauce is extremely glutinous with what I suspect is generous amounts of GSM as it leaves an after taste in your mouth. The spring rolls are a (bad) joke. They were half frozen and instead of being crispy they were totally soft and crumbled when touched. I suppose they simply throw in there whatever is leftover from the other dishes. And the amount of oil on these things is an insult not only to Chinese cuisine but any cuisine anywhere in the world. The soups are basically a peppery liquid into which bits of leftover are thrown in. Rice is a big portion but it is low quality. Why the second star? Because the service is prompt, the grolsch beer is cold and the interior...
