ALDI Nord — Local services in Berlin

The supermarket is nice and very convenient for me being a regular client. However, the rudeness of some employees in it is not acceptable! I went to the shop on the evening of Thursday 05 January. I was shopping near to closure time, and an employee informed me in a non-respectful manner, raising the voice, that the supermarket is closed, and I had to go out, and ordering me that “the door is this way”. I’m choosing the right words saying, “ordering me in a non-respectful manner”, and not “asking me to leave”. I kindly relied that I understand but that he had no right to speak in that manner. He then came back in the same shouting way, taking away the groceries from my hands (which can be considered harassment), and ordering me to go out. The fact that the supermarket is closed is normal. However, there is absolutely no excuse for disrespect and harassment. There was no announcement that it was closing, and the person could have closed the shop and not let further customers enter, he could have closed the counter, there were several ways to handle the simple situation...

If I could, I'd go to Aldi forever. They've finally cleaned up their layout and it is so much easier and better to find and buy things. Buying things is cheap, I buy food for one person for a summary of 25€, which compared to other stores has a 10-15€ difference! I highly recommend going to any Aldi, and this one is...

Ich War vorgestern dort einkaufen, der Blonde angestellte mit brille ist sehr unhöfflich. Ich wollte mich an der Kasse anstellen, da schreit rum und sagt : Kasse ist Zu, ist mir egal ich muss auf Klo !!! Und das mit einem schlechten Lauten Ton. Dann bat ich die andere deutsche Kassieren schwarze Haare lockig, ob sie Bitte ein zweite Kasse aufmacht. Da flippt sie völlig aus und wird Rassistisch. Sie lachte mich aus und demütigte mich vor den anderen Kundin. Niewieder geh ich hin. Aber eins sage ich vorab ich beschwerde mich...
