What a headache to find the return address! On the website there is no address for returns, as if it would be a top secret information. The return form has the address of the shop in Munich (the street is not even mentioned, but the name of a founder yes, also there is a VAT number etc... I never saw this kind of address slipped on the postage!), however on the website it is written "keep in mind that returns need to be sent to our warehouse in Germany" and this is another address, another city. Are you kidding, how should this information be interpreted to do not make a mistake? I have lost so much time trying to find this info - Called your support today, it sad that "today" - 6.01.2021 - it is a public holiday in Germany and you will reopen on Monday. So on 7.01 and 08.01 also holidays ?! And we know there is no public holidays these days. Called again the next day during working hours, it is saying that I am calling outside of you working hours. No answer by mail, no agents available online. How to reach you for the simple question as what is the return address?! Apparently there is a big hole somewhere in your processes, such as missing customer support, clearly as attempt to mislead the client. P.S. Read moreIt’s just been an awful and unpleasant experience. Ordered shoes. For some reason my size 8 shoes were sent out as a US size 8 (I’m a UK customer paid for in £ pounds sterling) so too small. Customer service were off hand, problems are the customers not theirs, wishing you a good day after basically taking a dump on your day with zero apology or empathy (possibly lost in translation, they are a German company) and leaving me to carry the can. This is an on going problem for consumers with this company and despite previous complaints from other consumers (see trust pilot) about this pitfall Keller-sport do not care enough about their customers to fix it. Ordered 3 North Face T shirts and North Face hat. Over 10 days later chased for update on tracking as number provided on initial order was not recognised.
Response after I had chased for a second time, and threatened to recall payment.
"We have lost your order sorry. We have cancelled it and refunded you"
Basically wasted 10 days of my time. I am due to go on a training trek tomorrow before I go to Kilimanjaro. Without any of the items I ordered, didn't even bother to offer alternatives or give replacements.
Basically if I hadn't contacted them I would still be sat here waiting for delivery. Yes the items were priced cheaply, and this was reflected in the level of service I received.
Lesson learned. Will stick to buying in the UK, I dread to think how things would be if the items had to be returned.
