We had an incredible stay. The location is amazing. The property's garden is wonderfully decorated with a variety of beautiful flowers. The house has a lovely quiet terrace with an amazing view over the turtle Island. There's also a new, easy to use gas grill. The house is named sunrise for a reason. We watched the sunrise right from the bed one day. Another day for the small beach/shore right next to the property. Wir waren im April für 5 Tage im Haus Olive. Alles war sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Fläschchen vom selbst hergestellten Olivenöl und selbst produzierten Weißwein. Beides sehr lecker! Kleine nette Details, wie Windlichter und wohnliche Dekorationen tragen zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei. Auch die Außenanlage ist liebevoll und gepflegt gestaltet. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Schildkröteninsel ist unbestritten das Highlight! Ein neuer Gasgrill stand ebenfalls bereit und wurde von uns eingeweiht. Leider hat das Haus keine Heizung ( aber das ist in Griechenland üblich), wir konnten uns mit der Klimaanlage gut behelfen. Auf einem kleinen Weg gelangt man schnell zum eigenen Steinstrand. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der noch nicht angebrachte Badesteg... aber wer außer uns möchte schon im aprilkalten Mittelmeer baden? Die Marathia Cottages von Maria und Michela bekommen von uns eine klare Empfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier...

Ottima location con splendida vista sull'isola di Marathonisi, I cottage sono carini, ben tenuti, con arredamento semplice ma funzionale e dotati di tutti i comfort essenziali, apprezzabile il servizio di pulizia (anche giornaliero a richiesta) e la fornitura di tovaglie e lenzuola pulite. Purtroppo il tutto è rovinato dall'olezzo di gasolio proveniente dalla baia inquinata e non balneabile che vanifica anche la comodità di un accesso diretto e privato al mare, che per la persistente presenza di idrocarburi galleggianti trascinati dalla corrente e provenienti con ogni probabilità dalle centinaia di barconi che ogni giorno portano turisti a visitare l'isola antistante, non è assolutamente balneabile. Un vero scempio assolutamente...
