The buildings are of course contemporary and, like in other similar developments around the city, it's always nice and striking to see such architecture standing just next to various old buildings and residential properties.

A Róbert Károly körúttal párhuzamosan megépülő három üvegtoronynak még az előkészítése sem kezdődött el. Ami kész van, az jól néz ki, az üzemeltető igyekszik minél több életet vinni a központba. Több üzlet, szolgáltatás és vendéglátó hely várja a vendégeket (élelmiszer üzlet, két fodrász, autóbusz állomás, hírlap árus, drogéria, edzőterem, bankfiók és ATM, kávézó, éttermek és büfé), remélem a jövőben tovább bővül a kínálat.

Looks like just another basic office complex .. For example, with such jingoism from WELL as creating a "universe of well being" for office workers, they've done their homework on how to sell it .. but how it distinguishes itself from others nearby still remains unclear and first handover is in Fall 2019. Also potentially scary is planned office space for around 12 000 people - such a project is likely going to put a LOT of pressure on already taxed transportation infrastructure...

"Cmon... It's 00.11and they are working with machines there! 6 days a week noise from morning. I'm glad that I go to work for more than 8 hours."

EDIT: Ok then ... finally after some years I was back in Budapest to see old places :D Whole Agora looks nice, near a new nice small park build by XIII district . Tried food in Buena - World Kitchen & Bar and the pizza was fantastic ;)
