Buena - World Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Budapest

Ok, I just had one of the most surreal experiences in Hungary. Arrived in this place, good vive, people having fun, a waiter with "good manners" seated us. From this point, all great. Then we ask for food. The guy (waiter), in a very SURPRISING good way, took notes about our food, then this waiter even expressed the 20 languages he speaks. From here, it started becoming a bit weird but still ok.

The issue is when we asked for the check. It was a regular: the check please!

This waiter Arrived, gave us the check and I ask to pay separately. Oh lord! Like If I mentioned his family or something like that. He just became crazy and told us that we needed to ask in advance for the split check *but his face... really a very horrible person telling all that information.

**to the management: if you put a note "separate payments have to be requested I advance" OK I won't even say a word here. But this is not public information, and it is not logical either (as this waiter told me). What's logical is that I need to be treated as good as possible. That you have to find the way that I get out satisfied. Thanks God I had enough money to pay together because HE REFUSED to split the check "because can not be printed again the bill" THIS IS A LIE. if I didn't have any money what he would do? Leave us there? I hope you know this waiter's name. "The guy with 20 languages" he said. He is lacking the language of politeness. I pass by this place every day to my workplace, I will never ever arrive there if this person is attending the tables. I hope you can...

We went to Buena for an early lunch.

I ordered a chicken gyros plate that had several long dark hairs in it, clearly visible to me as soon as the dish was put down in front of me. Positively, the waiter was nice, took it back to the kitchen and brought me a new dish. The side salads (purple cabbage and tzatziki I think) served with the gyros were not seasoned well and the overall taste was not pleasant (something was overpowering, possibly cumin but I am not 100% sure). The qyros seasoning was also not balanced and the chicken had a lot of hard parts (cartilages maybe). The fries were nice and crispy though.

The other person ordered a burger with dirty fries (which the waiter explained were potato wedges with parmesan cheese). The burger was average but the fries were a joke. They brought out room temp potato wedges with a few pinches of grated parmesan on them (not even warm, let alone melted). We said nothing but the waiter took a look at it and brought out more grated parmesan - a nice gesture but did not save the dish at all.

The third person ordered a burrito which was fine. Service was also polite but would not recommend the food, there are a lot of other options nearby that are nicer, especially at this...

I went to the Buena - World Kitchen & Bar on September 8. The prices are getting crazy. I used to go twice a week, then reduced to once a week, then randomly and as of today I won't go there anymore. Pizza Margherita from 2490ft to 3250ft + service (+ the guy at the counter also expected a tip) or + box (for takeout). I ordered french fries, the waitress (very kind) asked "with ketchup, mayonnaise or some other sauce?" I asked for ketchup and was finally asked to pay 590ft for the ketchup. When I asked to return the money because "590ft for some ketchup is really expensive," the cashier got angry and arrogant, started checking the cost of ketchup on the menu, but the price was not there, then returned my money by throwing it on the table and saying "here's the money for the expensive ketchup. ". + A salad ordered at 7 pm, arrived at 9 pm. I used to go there after work or for lunch breaks.......
