CAFE FREI NORDIC LIGHT — Restaurant in Budapest

Worst Frei... I get they can not change the recipe for anything, I accept it. I can not have a cortado with ice. Ok. I will buy iy somewhere that's ok. But the fact that i ask for a Flat Wite with ice, they ake me pay, ask for a tip and in the end they give it hot, and then they say sory we will not make it cold is not ok. Say it BEFORE. Then i was boycotting this place a bit, and now i asked the Parisian Ice Coffee, and they did not even put ice in it. As soon as I took the ice cream was already melted (questionable if it had an ice cream form before) and the coffee was still hot, ans when i asked them to please put ice in the ice coffee, they had such an attitude. They said they dont have enough ice so they have to be careful with it (??? not my problem??? then before ordering say it so i dont order anything again??) and then i said k but at least 1-1 cube they were still complaining and said ok they will but they dint have a lot of ice so anyways there were already ice in it (why is it still warm tho?). They put 1 piece of ice to my ice coffee and gave it to me in the worst attitude, that i should be grateful, that i got ice in my ice coffee. No thanks. This attitude is going on for weeks now, will not buy here anything anymore and i encourage everybody to stop coming to this, as there are 10 other coffee...

We arrived at 7:40, despite the coffee shop being listed as open from 7:30. When we entered, the staff working this morning were unwelcoming and rude, which completely ruined our experience. If you advertise a 7:30 opening, everything should be ready by then, and staff should start earlier if necessary. Unfortunately, since I work in the Nordic Light offices, I don’t have the option to avoid coming back, but for the sake of Frei’s reputation, I strongly urge management to improve...

I’m visiting this café almost one and a half years ago twice a week. I never received any smile or nice words there. Today morning I only had only cash and the lady told me that she is not able to give back to me from this sum. She was very rude and she didn’t try to find any solution to solve this issue.
