BEWARE! Unhygienic! Horrible experience and would never go back. Pulled a hair out of my ice cream in front of one of the girls working there, who just said eurrrr and walked off (never came back). The girl who had actually served us walks back out from the staff area and tried to ignore me my and my partner still stood there and shouts over “next please”. I said excuse me, there was a hair in my ice cream… this girl, again, incapable of an apology or any kind of customer service just walks off and comes back with a girl who looked about 14 (guessing the manager) who just says don’t you just want another one (again no apology for malting in my ice cream). I said no we’ve been here for ages (about 30 minutes) waiting so I’d just like my money back. This manager then says “it was a small one right” and tried to refund me for that, with the medium ice cream sat in front of her… then I had to say no it’s clearly a medium one. Absolutely tragic service, unhygienic and just outright...

The workers were rude and it didn't matter if I got tickets when other customers could cut in line, which made me wait 50+ minutes. My number was being slower progressing than in a bank. This ice cream shop lost lot of customers. Just because of these slow working teenagers. When they finally pressed on numbers. More than 20+ customers had left, because of slow service. I never had such slow service before in my life from an ice cream store. This is a disgrace. When I complained to them, they just nodded and said "mhm" like they don't care about their job or the company. When I was giving them advice and that there should be regulations of lines and tickets comes first. I think with this going on, this company will go...
