Stopped in for breakfast and the place was very nice, clean, and had a great atmosphere. Everything looked amazing and we tried a handful of pastries and sandwiches all paired with excellent coffee. Sandwiches were salami and veggie, bread was amazing and the salami had this onion sauce that was to die for. Pastries were cookie dough croissant, chocolate banana cream cake, rhubarb oatmeal cookie, and a croissant cinnamon roll. all were great but the croissant cinnamon roll was other wordy perfection, classic cinnamon roll taste with light flake and buttery croissant. What a charming traditional feel bakery. We stopped in to see what vegan baked goods they had to offer. They had a couple traditional Icelandic baked goods that was vegan. We got a massive vegan snudar and a vegan version of the Icelandic happy marriage cake. The happy marriage cake was so good! It’s a moist graham cracker crust that was really buttery and dense with a wonderful jam topping. It honestly was my favorite treat while in Iceland.
