Easily one of the best breweries I've been to, anywhere in the world. I was in Souvik with a small group, semi-snowed in as the first real winter storm came through the Westfjords. We sent a quick email to their generic inbox, asking if they might be able to open early for a tour and some drinks. Gunnhildur (the owner) wrote back immediately, welcoming us in the next morning. The tour was fantastic--the brewery's origin is fascinating, the decor is perfect, and the drinks are excellent. The joint was packed (most likely with the other people from the cruise ship) but service was still fast and friendly. There were no seats available inside, but plenty of seating outside and since it was such a beautiful day I am glad that we were out there.
