We visited this store on 17 oct 2024 to check the clothes while we were checking the sales person told to his store manager that we are just trying to waste his time as if he were trying to pitch in for sales to us since morning such a rude behaviour of this sales person they don't have manners and way to treat the customers.. whether we take the product or not it's the secondary the way he was behaving was rude and so cheap unprofessionalism ... Firstly there were no such customers in the store apart from us.. and he said to his store manager that we are just wasting his time ... The store manager is also irresponsible person he was also talking in the favour of the sales person, like if one customer do not buy the product his salary for one day will be wasted omg are u guys asking us to forcefully take the products and the store manager said if you have come just for browsing and comparing the products pls tell us so that we do not have to assist you I mean are u guys trying to tell that look the products by ursefly and move ... No this store manager doesn't have the customer centric thinking .. he is even telling that offline no discounts since we have to pay staff salary and electricity and rents .... Hey what are you trying to tell us ... As if you are paying the rent and miscellaneous bills from your own pocket ...I think the store manager is not fit to be in this store.. I don't know how he got the position of store manager when he dont have control over his sales person ... I do not recommend this store since the behaviour of the workers are not good n they don't deserve to be in such a branded store ... I'm a regular buyer of baby hug products never seen such cheap behaviour and customer service anywhere.. I would suggest the people to buy the products from first cry where baby hug products are sold online rather visiting from offline...

Read moreThe customer service is so worst in this branch..I took cradle...I saw it on better price online from first cry ...still I paid 1k extra in store to buy..just becz i belived if there is any issue..then they will help to sortt it out...but these PPL r only till they get their sales done .after that they only talk by words..we are here to help you n all..but they wnt do anything...this cradle that I bought makes hell lot of noise..I can't even swing my baby in that...I bought this in month on November..n till now this issue is not sorted out...they just say we have escaled this...we will help u n all...but this product is worst...I even bought stroller n rocker...after time of use...even that started making noise...this is the kind of service we get from store if we buy there..I would suggest buy online...atleast u feel price is lesser... paying such hug amount n not getting proper response is the worst kind of service one...

They try to sell you membership, don't fall for that scheme because it is waste of your money I initially didn't mention about this is because I was waiting to see how the membership plan works (for which you need to wait only then you can write review) - I had to wait 5 months to write the review on membership I could manage to collect coupons only for 2 months, I missed 1 month (they have specific time duration). So my entire coupons got expired. Even though the money is around close to 300/- extra per customer but if the same they do for many customers then it is a profit for the brand If you think you can manage to collect the coupons every month without fail by visiting their store with in the mentioned time lines then it is good
