Blue Ocean Residency — Hotel in Bengaluru

I am almost compelled to write this review. I have stayed here for 1 night with my family in 2 rooms on 29th March. I am sorry to say to it nowhere matches to Goldfinch standard. Because I stayed at Goldfinch Mangalore. Rooms are cramped, there is no place between bed and cupboard and mosquitoes at corners. You need to call reception for getting the towels. Staircase with no lights. TV wont work, because set top box won't be there. I was thinking it iwas kept at back of TV but it was not there. You may call reception for Set top box, they may come or may not it is their wish. If they come and fit channel may come or may not come. For us they came at time of dinner but channel did not come . Then i told we donot need set top box. It is really funny and frustrating same time. In one room still no set top box but we have TV and remote. Why I am sharing about more on TV, because it is about how they are concerned and take care about the guests.

At times you won't find anyone in reception. I am pretty sure management of this particular hotel is in wrong hand. They are taking this hotel to dirt. I would request higher ups to take the stock of the situation and act...

Hotel Review: Disappointing for the Price

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it was clean, it fell short in several key areas, especially for the price of ₹3,000 per night.

Pros:

The hotel maintains good cleanliness standards.

Cons:

Only half a litre of water is provided, which feels insufficient.

No tea/coffee-making facilities in the room—something that most hotels in this price range typically offer.

Receptionist was okay, but the overall service lacked warmth or enthusiasm.

No breakfast included, which is quite disappointing at this price.

Room phones were not working, adding inconvenience.

Goldfinch Express a comfortable hotel for Family stay or for an executive for a Business trip or conference at the hotel

Conference: For company Conferences they have a big hall with excellent ambiance which will set the mood for the conference.

Food : Very good Buffet breakfast 😋 with South Indian & North Indian food. Must try the Masala CHAI.

EXCELLENT ROOMS On the 3rd Floor of the hotel. The rooms have sofa 🛋 sets in the room. This is not found in many hotels I have stayed in the last 10 years.

Personal attention paid to the guests staying. The dinner / food can be had in their large Restaurant in the Ground Floor.
