On April 01 2024, I attempted to make a purchase using 10 rupee coins, only to be informed by your staff that they were not accepted as a form of payment. And your staff had called up her superior and took permission and she was even rude towards me. Need immediate action on store manager for misleading the staff.

As per the guidelines provided by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), 10 rupee coins are legal tender and must be accepted as a valid form of payment. I was disappointed, especially considering the official regulations in place. kindly request that you review your policies and ensure that all forms of legal tender, including 10 rupee coins, are accepted at your establishment. Failure to do so not only violates RBI guidelines but also creates unnecessary frustration for customers.
