I want to tell you all that this blackbuck company has been a great help for me where i first used their Fastag now everything in my truck is from Blackbuck only the GPS which i have taken from Blackbuck helps me use the trucks very effectively they also have a fuel card which is very good saves lot of money which i can use in other things they have very good with the customer service also which works 24hrs for the customers help and they help in secs I am thoroughly impressed with Blackbuck Their GPS optimizes my truck's usage and the fuel card saves me a lot of money plus I started with their Fastag and now all my truck's equipment is from them their 24/7 customer service is quick and reliable Blackbuck Company has been a huge help to me thank u Blackbuck- I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Blackbuck Company. They've been incredibly helpful to me starting with their efficient Fastag system In fact I have become such a satisfied customer that now all of my truck's equipment comes from Blackbuck their fuel card has been a game-changer saving me a good amount of money that I can allocate with other things What's more Blackbuck's customer service is exceptional - available 24/7 and responsive within seconds. Do not even think of taking their services. They are bunch of use less people. Customer Support is Pathetic to say the least.

First they will call you on your mobile number 6 times a day to take their paid services and after that you are on your own.

Unfortunately, I took their paid services and after the making the payment my account was blocked and since, then I have been complaining to their customer support and all the time they gave a standard answer wait for 24 hrs your problem will be solved and your issue has been highlighted and escalated to the concerned department.

Very worst fastag service. As customer care executive are familiar only in hindi and their attitude level while speaking to the customer are very worst. On speaking to the company side if they are not ready to service to non Hindi customer then why you are taking business from them. Blackbuck agent are charging nearly 1000 for issuing fastag when informing this to customer care they are not ready to listen and simply say it's charges. First they have to understand our issue but due to linguistic problem they simply say it's charges. Worst company in the market simply...
