Editing review after a long time:
Customer service is pathetic. The owner and the staff doesnt care about customers. They will act indifferent and even aggressive especially when there is crowd on counter. It felt like they are treating u like a road side beggar who is asking some undue favor.
No wonder they didnt grow from a small outlet despite food taste. And they will never grow with such poor attitude towards customers
Avoid visiting this place. Best place order cia Dunzo/swiggy to preserve your self respect.
Old review: This idli dosa here is unlike what u find in Bangalore. The style is more like AP with idli dosa with spicy chutney and thick and tasty and spicy sambhar. Very small outlet run by a Tamil family. It is mostly crowded with locals who are mostly daily wage earners. But the quality of food is very good. I find salt to be on the low side in chutney and sambhar. Not recommended for dine in as they have no seating space, small room with crowded people makes it risky, and quality of crowd is also below par in terms of etiquette. So u will find disorder. However Would highly recommend the place for takeaway or...
Read moreAnnapoorna Tiffin Center is a fantastic spot for anyone craving authentic South Indian food. I've visited this place a few times now, and the quality is consistent. The dosas are crispy, the idlis are soft, and everything comes with a great selection of chutneys that add a burst of flavor to every bite.
The prices are really reasonable, which makes it even better if you’re on a budget but don’t want to compromise on taste. The place is always bustling with people, so you can tell it’s a local favorite, but the service is still quick and efficient.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say the seating area can get a bit crowded, especially during peak hours, but the food is worth the wait. Annapoorna Tiffin Center is definitely one of my go-to places for a hearty South...
Read moreAnnapurna is one amazing small restaurant. It is far from being fancy but very close to being authentic. It is run by a Tamil family and make delicious south Indian dishes. It is very light on pocket, the meal may cost Rs.50-70 per person. The set dosa, masala dosa, kothu parota is worth trying. They also have a chinese dish menu. The noodles and fried rice is really good. It is a blessing for bachelors living in the vicinity. The food is made fresh before your eyes. Being a small place Some people may have concern over hygiene but I never faced a problem. It's been 5 months and I have been regularly going here. I hope others will...
