Update:-(2/5) Been a regular here recently for takeouts. Always wondered why it has less rating despite seemingly busy. Thankgoodness, I have not ordered here for guests, would have been an embarassment. Today had a takeaway of spl chicken boneless biryani, my usual. To my utter disappointment, it was just some really bland rubbery big fried chicken pieces mixed with fresh biryani rice without any masala. Nil flavor. Nada. Zero. This is the kind of stuff that makes a hardcore nonvegetarian shun nonveg. I doubt if I want to waste more of my money here again. Hope and pray I dont get food poisioning from the few morsels I had.
P.s:- kindly supervise your kitchen staff, they are losing regular customers for you by their negligence and laziness.

He thinks that Dinebell is the only restaurant in Bangalore? I added DInebell to my permanently banned list that means my friends(5-6) also don't go there. Who is losing money now? loser. Pathetic customer service. Every business dies in a long enough time frame, but dine bell is about to die sooner just because of that rude waiter.
Story: "I liked Egg Moghalai and ate it more than 15 times and every time I asked the waiter to chop the eggs instead of giving whole egg and they served like that. But this one time, the cap wearing, skinny nobody waiter rejected that and asked me to leave"
Because of that one egoistic disrespectful waiter, dine bell loses around ₹12,000 per month from me. And I hope whoever felt the same, like this review so atleast new people who want to try Dinebell will know what a terrible customer service they are going to get. It has been quite sometime now, I've been experiencing their dominant and rude behavior when I place the order with them over the call. I think lack of (less) competitors in this area makes them behave like this. Not sure, if I'm the only person who have experienced so. But I guess, there will be a quite a few.
Today's experience is that, I called them to place the order to one of the key person (note he's a regular guy over there). I asked them about the cost. But I was told only after generating the bill they will be able to share the total bill amount. When the bill was generated it was quite high because of my order for Prawn Fried Rice, then when I asked for the change in menu which will be a bit lesser cost, he was demanding that it could not be done. Not only that, this guy was questioning me back that - "why don't you know the market rate and why you have called us to place the order without knowing today's market rate of Prawns".
