I have been a loyal customer of this supermarket for more than 10 years since I moved to Bangalore, and I always trusted their quality and service.
However, I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of a cloth drying stand from here.
The product was labelled as 'high quality, powder-coated, and rust-proof', Which is why I trusted and purchased it.
But just within 45 to 50 days of normal indoor use(only for drying wet clothes, never outdoors), the stand has already started rusting.
Moreover, the rusted pipes have spoilt some of our expensive branded clothes by leaving rust stains on them. Who will hold responsibility for this loss?
As a long-time customer, I expected much better quality control and product assurance from this store.
Such misleading claims damage the trust that customers like me have built over years. I sincerely request the management to look into the quality of the products being sold under such labels and ensure that customers get what is promised.
Otherwise, it becomes very difficult for loyal customers like me to continue trusting the store.
I hope my feedback is taken constructively and necessary...
Read moreThis hypermarket has almost everything a person needs in everyday life...... However prices keep fluctuating for some commodities as some prices seem high where it should be sold for lesser prices..... The efficiency of the staff too need to be improved as some staff seem clueless about the availability and prices for certain commodities..... Personally feel the staff should be trained about various things particularly about the commodities sold in their own market..... They also have to be cooperative to the needs of the customers..... One of the main reasons the shop is still running is because it's located in an area mostly occupied by students but if they cannot pay focus to small aspects of the shop and cater to the needs of the shop well, it's doubt whether the shop will have a longer run in the market scene...... No hard feelings here just wanted to say this because some of us students are grateful places like this are nearby which cuts the cost of further travel to buy day to day needs..... Thankful...
Read moreCostlier than Amazon any day. The staff couldn't tell from where they are buying the open grains or which quality or which brand also. They have purchased form some whole seller and packed with Brigade's branded packets which are 2nd grade grains and almost about to get insects. The quality doesn't worth the price Brigade Hypermart asks.
A small plastic tumbler even after 10% discount is costlier than Amazon giving prime free delivery and almost 10% lesser price.
Vegetables were packed in plastic and we saw insects crawling inside(the food flies n all) thosw packets. A few fruits are good as compared to LuLu. But similar cost.
Eggs- claimed to be farm natti eggs were cheating...so avoid buying Natti from Brigade and try Natti from AB Supermarket (this market has best original natti eggs).
In Brigade the staircase to 1st floor are a little sloppy and slippery hence...
