I’ve been working out at this gym for the past year, and I must say—it’s truly a value-for-money place. The machines are from Jerai Fitness and they’re absolutely top-notch.
Pros: The gym is equipped with a wide variety of machines catering to all muscle groups. There’s always enough weight plates available—you’ll never have to wait for them. The trainers are polite, supportive, and always ready to help you correct your form. Clean drinking water is available through both water cans and a purifier. The music played is of good quality and in neutral language (not local/regional tracks). Safety and hygiene are well-maintained. Lockers are available, and I’ve never faced any issue with my belongings.
Cons (areas to improve): Dumbbells are limited during peak hours. While you might get them after waiting for a few minutes, a few more sets would help. Despite having great machines, barbell squats and deadlifts aren’t possible, which is a drawback for serious lifters. There’s often a shortage of benches and access to the Smith/squat machines, especially during busy hours. The gym gets very crowded in the evenings due to the large number of students (understandably, since it’s located in a college hub). This affects the availability of machines and dumbbells.
