TYD in Hennur is a fantastic spot for those wanting a mix of great drinks and a lively dance floor. It's a go-to for college students and IT professionals in Manayata, making it a preferred destination for partying and enjoying the nightlife. Especially lively on Fridays and Saturdays with a live DJ, my visit featured exceptional performances by Rohit Barker and Shivam Manvi.
Situated on the 4th and 5th floors of Paul Plaza building, the 5th floor offers an al fresco section for a cozy fine dining experience. The 4th floor is the main area, divided into two sections – one for families preferring a quiet dining experience and the other for those wanting drinks and a dance floor. The decor is inviting with green plants, dim yellow lights, and a warm ambiance perfect for date nights.
► Ambiance: The dance floor is spacious, well-designed, and vibrant. DJs keep the energy high, and the changing screens add a visual treat. Songs like David Guetta's Love Tonight and Wake up feat Kaleta were part of the playlist during my visit.
TYD's washrooms are tidy with automatic sensors on the washbasins. If you're looking for a place in Hennur with loud music and a dance floor, TYD is the spot.
► Customer Service: The staff is welcoming and attentive, providing prompt service. The menu offers a diverse range of food and drinks with separate menus for each. TYD is a standout venue for a night out, offering a memorable experience for those who love to dance.
► Menu: The menu features a symphony of global and Indian flavors, from exotic salads to scrumptious appetizers, main courses, pizzas, sandwiches, gourmet burgers, and luscious desserts. They also offer unlimited Sushi for Rs 1000 on the 5th floor.
► TYD's culinary delights:
We tried appetizers from both Veg and Non-Veg sections:
♦ Guntur Chicken - Rs 425: A delectable non-veg starter with tender boneless chicken chunks. ♦ Kaghzi Kebab - Rs 455 Chicken drumsticks stuffed with sautéed minced chicken, cheese and nuts, served with pickled onion, tomato and garlic dip ♦ Karachi Tandoor Chicken (Half) - Rs 350: Prepared with mustard oil, cooked in a tandoor, served with fluffy kulcha, pickled onions, and raw mango dip. ♦ Fattoush-Style Falafel & Samosa Salad - Rs 350: A layered potpourri of falafel, samosa, hummus, and baba-ghanoush with chilli flatbread. ♦ Spinach, Corn, Cheese & Dalia Kibbeh - Rs 375: A classic Levantine stuffed croquette.
In the drinks section, we tried signature cocktails and a mocktail:

They are Dating scam runners!!!
They hire girls and open profile in dating app and plan the first meeting at their restobar. Those girls buys drink (doesn't look a lot of drinks), and when bill comes it will be huge amount. Cheap people running business like this to loot money from innocent boys!!!
I had this experience yesterday night and the bill is attached for everyone's reference. Total bill for 2 person dinner come to be 18k+. I don't drink. This is cost for 1 person drinking which doesn't looked like a lot of drinking.
I created a scene on this at restobar and I realized that many others were also trapped on same day at same location. Nothing is good over there. So be careful choosing this place.

What to do when this happen? I would suggest what I have done. I called 112 and opted Police service. Cops came in 10 mins and I explained them everything and managed to pay only my portion of bill (which is like 1k for food what I eat). The moment I called cops, restobar mangers were ready to split the bill and settle it. Till that they were asking me to pay the whole amount which was 18k+. And the girl with whom I went here, just disappeared telling that she are getting video call from sister.
Beware of this scams. I have read about this in news before and hence could manage involving cops. Handle situation wisely. Never pay...
Read moreA Heartwarming Father’s Day Celebration at TYD
We recently celebrated Father’s Day at a charming restaurant named TYD, and it was an experience to remember. Our kids playfully expanded TYD to mean "Thank You Dad" and "Take Your Dad," though the actual meaning remains a mystery. If anyone knows the real expansion, please share in the comments!
From a personal perspective, I absolutely loved the food. As a health-conscious eater, I prioritise meals rich in proteins and fiber while keeping carbs to a minimum. TYD did not disappoint. There were numerous options for protein, including a variety of chicken and paneer dishes. For fiber, I found a delightful selection of salads, and I opted for the Chicken Caesar Salad, which was delicious. Since everyone else in our group was enjoying drinks, I chose lemon water with a pinch of salt, which was refreshing and perfect for the occasion.
For those looking to eat healthily, TYD offers a great selection of chicken starters and various paneer options, including several kinds of paneer tikkas. The live music was an unexpected and delightful surprise, adding to the festive atmosphere. Our kids were thrilled to be invited on stage to sing with the artists, making the day even more special.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at TYD. The combination of excellent food, lively music, and the welcoming atmosphere made for an unforgettable Father’s Day celebration. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal in a fun and family-friendly...
