"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Namma Shetty Lunch Home, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The moment I stepped in, It was very clean and quite comfortable ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic meal. The menu boasts an array of mouth-watering seafood options, and I opted for their signature dishes - Prawns Ghee Roast and Neer Dosa. The prawns were cooked to perfection, infused with a rich, aromatic flavor that was simply divine. The Neer Dosa was soft, fluffy, and complemented the prawns beautifully. The service was prompt, attentive, and friendly, making every aspect of my visit truly enjoyable. What impressed me most was the generous portion sizes and reasonable prices, offering great value for the quality of food served. And I’m a chicken lover so i had to order my all time favourite kalmi kabab which was very soft and the masala was perfect and it was cooked well and I even ordered crispy chicken which was soft from inside and crispy from outside which was super tasty and crunchy. We recently visited namma shetty lunch home for our afternoon lunch , where do I start the food was absolutely worst. We had ordered anjal tawa fry neer dosa and fish pullimunchi . Angel tawa fry was okay the fish was not fresh but the taste was okay. Fish pullimunchi was an absolute disaster.Fish pullimunchi is a main course curry dish and the dish they that given us was not at all close to that . They don’t know to prepare the dish . If they don’t know how to prepare a dish, they shouldn’t add that in their menu . And when we raised a concern with the manager , he completely ignored us. No apology, no acknowledgment—he just walked away without a word. It was as if our concern didn’t even matter. The sheer lack of basic customer service was appalling. He was so arrogant and said that this is how we prepare the dish . I’ll be attaching the actual picture of the dish and the item the restaurant has offered us , so they might have a better knowledge about the dish. Food is th most important factor of one's life, when you are so particular about your terms and conditions about cancelling and all that , please be correct in serving good food. Ordered biryani and chilli chicken, pathetic taste- no masala in biryani and the raitha was superb worst like running water, and some weird salna which tasted like chilli powder water. What is this ? Whats the value for money ??? Please look into this, for the amount you charge you can give a better quality food with a better taste.
