Recently ordered 2 cakes for my daughter’s birthday.. One chocolate truffle heart shape 1 kg and white forest Spiderman 2kg cake. Both were very good and tasted yummy! Very neatly and nicely done. Presented well! Service was also good. As 2kg cake was heavy to carry..one person from the bakery was sent immediately and he came along walking all the way to my residence and delivered it!!! Was very happy with this kind gesture of theirs! Any time would recommend this place for birthday cakes in future! THANKS A LOT KANTI BAKES AND FLAKES RT NAGAR TEAM FOR THE LOVELY CAKES AND GREAT SERVICE! 😀🙏

Tiny Cockroaches on the food - on "DIL PASAND" to be precise, which was kept on the food racks that are kept on the left side near the entrance.

I went there to buy snacks, there were 3 employees at that time, one was standing idle near the counter and one just disappeared even after seeing me waiting, and one was busy with another customer. While I was waiting for someone to take my order I noticed a tiny Cockroach on DIL PASAND... I decided to give up the idea of having any food from there and came back, also angry of waiting for more than 5 minutes.

First of all, these people have non responsive and non courteous customer service and upon that the food is kept in unhygienic environment. Never going back to this shop.

I have been buying food from Kanti as their food quality is good and really great customer service, but this store of Bakes and Flakes on sultanpalya main road is pathetic.

I have never had any problems with the original Kanti sweets shop on the same road near axis Bank, their service...
