I recently visited this establishment and overall had a very positive experience. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and eager to help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and informed about the menu. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, contributing to an enjoyable time spent there.

However, there was one slight disappointment during my visit. Unfortunately, they were out of waffle cones, which I had specifically been looking forward to. This was a bit of a letdown, as my kid really wanted to have a ice cream in a cone , sweet treat that usually accompanies my favorite ice cream. Although this was unfortunate, the staff handled it well by offering other options and ensuring I still had a good experience despite the shortage.

While I was initially disappointed by the lack of waffle cones, the overall positive service, pleasant staff, and inviting atmosphere made up for it. I appreciate how the staff kept their composure and tried to make the situation right. I would certainly return, and I hope they have their waffle cones in stock next time. I had a sudden craving for Baskin Robbins ice cream, and the closest outlet was the one on Dinnur Main Road. Initially, I was hesitant to visit, assuming they might not have the flavors or toppings I wanted. But to my surprise, they had everything I was looking for!

The staff member there (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name) was incredibly friendly and helpful. He suggested trying the croissant cone, and I’m so glad I did! I got all my favorite flavors and toppings, and the way he prepared it was perfect – a true professional.

I highly recommend trying the Rabdi Malai and Banana Strawberry flavors. The croissant cone was a delightful surprise – fresh, crispy, and paired wonderfully with the amazing toppings. It was a real treat for my taste buds.

the ice creams were really good. but service was kind of bad. ee wasn't paying attention to us we gave us a totally ripped box for our ice cream and didn't even bother to change it. there wasn't no menu but it was on display screen. when i asked for an ice cream from fridge, it was like the kne you had to slice to get, he asked me to get it from the fridge for him and seemed arrogant about it. the price is a bit too much. id rather suggest you to visit polar bear than Baskin Robbins. they have way better prices, and good service and even...
