We have been a regular to this eating joint, this time we had few outstation friends who had heard a lot about BTW, so we decided to go there and ordered for a plate of dahi bhala and pav bhaji. The ordered food was delivered quickly as there wasn't much of crowd but the sitting arrangement right next to kitchen was in a complete mess with no proper cleaning of tables, chairs and disposable crockery. The paper napkins were disposed off here and there. They should ideally maintain basic hygiene standards and keeping in view of BTW name. The taste of dishes ordered were okay types and basic. The person taking orders at the counter was looking like not interested at all. Better staff and hygiene standards are need of the day to uplift the status and standards we pay for while going out to eat. They need to pull up the team members extremely to make a good customer experience. Finding a parking might be challenging...
