Hotel Eternity has been my choice for the past four years travelling with family and I did write a good reviews when I first stayed there in 2016 till my latest visit in Dec 2019. The hotel standard seem to be deteriorating, the bed pillow casing were torn and black, so were the towels. Had to ask for replacements which were no better resorted to using our own towels. The study desk and chair had food stains and had to get the housekeeping to clean it up upon check-in. The bathroom had poor water pressure when the hot water was turned on, which was not hot at all! The engineering staff who looked into the matter messed up the room with foot prints all over. Had to clean it my myself after having waited for someone to come do it. Front desk service was satisfactory, not friendly the breakfast food was the only exception that brought smile on our faces. The biggest disgust was when a group of mixed male, female and children were singing/shouting/dancing to a very loud DHOL (musical instrument drum like) in front of the hotel and that too at 11.55 pm! They were apparently guests staying in the hotel I was told the next morning. This showed NO regard for other guest fast asleep at that time. Despite a clear agreement over the phone that the additional day's rent would align with the online booking rate, I was shocked to find that they charged double, citing it as their standard rate for others. This significant discrepancy between commitment and practice was frustrating enough, but the situation worsened when I approached the lady at the reception. Her rude and dismissive attitude towards my concerns not only added to the overall unpleasant experience but also left me feeling disrespected as a guest.
To make matters worse, the manager's response to my complaint was far from helpful. Rather than addressing the issue with the professionalism one expects, the manager seemed indifferent and provided no meaningful resolution. It's disheartening when a hotel fails to uphold its commitments, and the lack of empathy from both frontline staff and management made this stay one to forget. The combination of unexpected charges, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of resolution significantly tarnished my perception of this Hotel.

On the day one - THERE WAS NO WATER in most of the rooms.
Super slow service for everything.
They made pay for three damaged towels saying they were damaged by haldi.These towels were not even new used 100 times and asked Rs 300 per towel.First time heard this.
On day two - THERE WAS NO HOT WATER in any of the room. They said that our guy will give you a bucket at your door 🙄 Seriously bucket??
Staff was rude.
No bath mats, leakage in washrooms.
Nobody came to clean the room daily until you call them.
There were no batteries in the remote, tata sky was disconnected due to the non-payment.
Music system at the terrace was so old it wasn't even supporting a Pendrive.
The only thing good was the food. Do not book this hotel for keeping large number of guests.They will be disappointed.
