I used to visit this place occasionally, and the staff's behavior always felt a bit off. He wouldn’t respond to basic instructions or even acknowledge that he’d heard you. I used to brush it off as strange but harmless.

However, during my last visit, the experience crossed a line. My friend politely gave him an instruction a couple of times. He didn’t respond at all — no confirmation, no acknowledgment. Thinking he hadn’t heard, my friend repeated the request once more. That’s when he snapped and said:

“Tame peli vaar aavo cho aya? mai sambhadyu, tare soda joiye chhe? tari j banvu chhu pela.”

This is how he talks to customers — no basic respect, no courtesy. When confronted about his tone and behavior, he doubled down and said that this is how he talks and we can do whatever we want about it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this soda shop. The shopkeeper was quite rude and unresponsive. I had placed an order for a soda, but he didn’t acknowledge it at all. Absolutely appalled by the terrible customer service. The shopkeeper was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I asked for a soda, and he completely ignored me-no acknowledgment, no response. Moments later, another customer walked in and he took their order immediately, as if I didn't even exist.
