Choice Snack Bar — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the worst experiences I have had dining in a restaurant. Non courteous, illogical and unsophisticated staff. I asked wether they have "bhakri" pizza and he is showing me the images placed in the menu. I order Veg. Pulao and literally I have it on my table within one minute, plus it was all cold. I ordered the bhakri pizza and it was tasteless. The main dish which made me give a one star review was because of the burger. Tasteless burgers and ratio of bun to stuffing was 10 to 1. Emtpy and tasteless patty in jain burger and there is no patty in Mexican Burger?!?!? Like how did you even get the right to call that a burger and take 110 rs for that??!!? They are not even ready to take feedback. I told while paying that the food was not good and was not the original taste and he replies "so, many people are eating here already". Is this the way how he should be replying? They have bad food and they don't even care to improve with not-so worthy prices. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please think twice before...

Rude staff, rude manager and rude cashier. Serving uncooked manchurian. Pizza is served cold by simply putting purée and cheese. When pointed out, get response saying “no one is complaining here only you are”. Apparently you shouldn’t point out when something is not served right. No apologies, no acceptance of things being served in such a manner. Choice used to be known for its good food and taste, this franchise is not worth visiting. Better one goes to another franchise where customer service and food quality is better and consistent. This franchise is not recommended due to bad food quality and poor management staff.

The 'Choice Snack Bar' located on the Zydus Hospital Road in Thaltej is a Classic Fast food serving Dine-in Restaurant and your Original and somewhat 'conventional' family diner that has a pretty rustic ambience and thus, can be your Go-to restaurant for a light and filling meal, whether it's the time for your lunch or dinner!! The interior of the restaurant was decently attractive and the dine-in Space was also quite well organised. Also, Customer service was satisfactory and that the Staff members were quite polite in their approach and behaviour. The food was appetising and delicious, nonetheless. The only drawback of this Restaurant was the unchecked 'Rainwater clogging' in the vicinity of the Complex within which the restaurant is situated.
